We at the Real Peel have some ground rules:
Treat our customers the way we would like to be treated. We are not reinventing the wheel here but we believe good ol’ friendly customer service goes a long way.
If we wouldn’t eat it, we most certainly don’t expect you to. Saying that though, we are only human! If something does sneak past us that isn’t up to scratch, hit us up so we can fix it straight away.
Do what we can to help the environment. You may have already noticed our reusable crates and lack of plastic bags in our mystery boxes. We hope that by taking an initiative and using as little non recyclable products as possible, we might just help make a difference to protect our planet.
Be happy! Because what’s the point otherwise? If you, the customer are not satisfied with the service we provide, it doesn't make us happy!
How it works:
We are offering to take some of the hassle out of your busy week by doing your fruit and veggie shopping for you and deliver it to your door on Monday. You won’t know exactly what you will get in your mystery box but be reassured it will only be filled with only local and or Australian, in season produce, fresh variety and not just brussel sprouts and turnips!
By Friday 17:00, we ask that you have your pre ordered mystery box in for the following Monday delivery. We will then spend the weekend running around the markets and farms of the region, picking, gathering and packing the mystery boxes, whilst you spend the weekend attending to your life with one less thing to worry about and then we deliver it to your door on Monday.
Our boxes currently come in 2 sizes, a large and a couples size, and ask that you pay an initial deposit (which is refunded if you decide to no longer use our service and the crate is returned in a usable manner) to cover the use of our reusable crates that we swap out every time that you order. Once we get to know you we can customise your box if need be. So don’t be shy message us with any of your queries and requests.
